Lead Proposal & Pricing Manager (Remote)

Accountabilities

- Lead the development of competitive proposals and pricing strategies for defense programs.
- Coordinate with program managers to ensure compliance and timely submission of proposals.
- Guide cross-functional teams in creating compelling RFI, RFP responses, and technical documents.
- Engage with senior management to communicate opportunity-related requirements.
- Facilitate pre-award planning and execution activities for successful program start-up.
- Develop and maintain schedules to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
- Provide coaching and training on proposal development best practices.

Requirements

- U.S. Citizenship required due to export control laws.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of proposal management and pricing experience.
- Strong knowledge of FAR, CAS, and government contracting processes.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional leadership.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or MS365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
