Position: Customer Service Support
Work Setup: Remote / WFH (Work From Home)

Qualifications:

- Min. D3/S1 in any major (fresh graduates welcome)
- 0–1 year experience in Customer Service (fintech, banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus)
- WPB certified is an advantage
- Tech-savvy, fast typing, and excellent communication skills
- Strong service mindset; English proficiency is a great plus
- Willing to work in rotating shifts (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
