We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Jakarta team and support the effectiveness and productivity of our commercial organization.
What You’ll DoSales Enablement & Training Support
- Support the development and delivery of sales training programs, onboarding materials, and playbooks
- Help equip sales teams with the tools, content, and knowledge needed to effectively engage customers
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and ongoing enablement initiatives
Content & Collateral Management
- Create and maintain sales materials such as pitch decks, product guides, FAQs, and battle cards
- Ensure all sales content is up-to-date, consistent, and aligned with product and business messaging
- Work with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to localize and adapt materials for the Indonesia market
Process & Tool Adoption
- Support the adoption and usage of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms
- Help document and communicate sales processes, workflows, and best practices
- Act as a go-to resource for the sales team on tools and materials
Data & Performance Tracking
- Track training participation, content usage, and key enablement metrics
- Assist in analyzing sales performance data to identify gaps and improvement areas
- Provide basic reporting and insights to support decision-making
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Middle Office teams to align on priorities
- Support new product launches and campaigns by preparing relevant enablement materials
Gather feedback from sales teams to continuously improve enablement efforts
Requirements
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Marketing, or related roles, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or B2B environments
- Experience supporting sales teams with training, content creation, or process improvement
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple materials
- Comfortable working with tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a growing company
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
