- Drive sales growth and market penetration to greater Surabaya and East of Indonesia area.
- Determine leads/new markets, build pipelines, and convert new accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with F&B manufacturers and industry stakeholders.
- Introduce and promote food ingredients portofolio to new customers.
- Independently manage the full sales cycle with minimal supervision.
- Provide regular business updates, market insights, and sales reports to BOD.
- Identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure sustainable business growth.
- Fully remote position / non office based
- Interesting bonus/commision offered
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the food ingredients or related industry.
- Established professional network within the F&B sector (dairy, beverages, bakery, snacks, processed foods, etc.).
- Proven track record of opening markets, acquiring new accounts, and driving sales growth.
- Highly independent, self‑motivated, and trustworthy.
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision and confident in managing field activities.
