Posisi: Salesforce Developer (Full English Speaking)
About Eterna
Eterna is an Indonesian technology and business-process company that builds and operates platforms and integrations for international clients. One of our key engagements is supporting SunPower, a leading U.S. solar company, including the maintenance and continuous improvement of their Salesforce CRM and its connections to the wider systems that power their sales and operations.
We work fully remote, as a team, across time zones — so strong written communication, ownership, and self-direction matter as much as technical skill.
The Role
We're looking for a full-stack Salesforce Developer to join our internal IT team and become the technical owner of the SunPower Salesforce environment. You'll do both the declarative (“clicks”) and programmatic (“code”) sides of Salesforce — building automations and flows, writing Apex and Lightning components, and keeping the org's API integrations to internal and third-party systems running reliably.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll be the person who keeps the CRM healthy, ships enhancements, fixes issues, and makes sure data flows correctly between Salesforce and everything connected to it.
We strongly value certification. If you're already Salesforce-certified, great. If you're not yet certified but have genuine Salesforce experience of any kind, we still want to hear from you — and once you've proven yourself in the role, Eterna will support and sponsor you to get certified.
What You'll Do
· Maintain and enhance the SunPower Salesforce org: Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC)/Aura, Flows, validation rules, and configuration.
· Build and maintain API integrations: between Salesforce and internal platforms and third-party systems (REST/SOAP, webhooks, middleware) — and troubleshoot them when data doesn't sync as expected.
· Own data integrity: keep records, mappings, and syncs accurate; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
· Manage deployments: work across sandboxes and production using sound deployment and version-control practices.
· Handle bugs and enhancement requests end to end — from understanding the need, to building, testing, and shipping.
· Support users and stakeholders: translate business requirements into clean, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
· Document your work: keep clear notes on configurations, integrations, and changes so the team can rely on them.
· Collaborate with the internal IT team and client stakeholders to plan and prioritize work.
What We're Looking For
· Hands-on Salesforce experience (admin, developer, or both) — declarative and programmatic.
· Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning (LWC and/or Aura).
· Comfort building automation with Flows (and familiarity with older Process Builder/Workflow patterns you may encounter).
· Experience with API integrations — calling and exposing REST/SOAP APIs, handling authentication, and debugging data flow between systems.
· Solid grasp of the Salesforce data model and security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing, object/field-level security).
· Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic deployment workflows.
· Strong written English and the discipline to thrive in a fully remote team.
· A reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
On certification: A current Salesforce certification (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator, App Builder) is preferred. If you don't have one yet but bring real Salesforce experience, you're still encouraged to apply — we'll sponsor certification for proven team members after they join.
Nice to Have
· Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder).
· Experience with CI/CD for Salesforce (e.g., SFDX, Gearset, or similar).
· Experience integrating Salesforce with middleware or external platforms.
· Exposure to the solar, energy, or U.S. sales/CRM domain.
· Experience supporting a production org used by a live business.
What We Offer
· 100% remote work, with a supportive internal IT team.
· A clear path to Salesforce certification — sponsored by Eterna for proven hires.
· Real ownership of a production CRM that matters to a major international client.
· Competitive monthly salary: IDR 15–20M, based on experience.
· The chance to grow into a senior/architect role as you take on more of the platform.
