Posisi: Sales Manager / Supervisor (Stainless, Steel, Aluminium, Pipe)

## Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for stainless steel, steel, and pipe products.
- Manage and expand existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities across project and retail segments.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, fabricators, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and other key customers.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and periodic sales reports for management review.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with customers while maintaining company profitability.
- Collaborate with internal departments including purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer payment performance and support collection activities when necessary.
- Proactively explore new markets, industries, and customer segments to expand the company's business footprint.

## Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales Management, Business Development, or Key Account Management within the steel, stainless steel, pipe, building materials, industrial materials, or related industries.
- Experience working with distributor companies and trading businesses is highly preferred.
- Candidates from principal/manufacturer-focused backgrounds without distributor exposure are less preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.
- Strong understanding of project sales and retail sales channels.
- Able to demonstrate historical sales achievements, handled revenue portfolio, and business expansion contributions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate sales performance, market opportunities, and business potential.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Stable employment history with a minimum average tenure of 3 years in previous companies.
- Willing to work onsite and comply with the company's attendance policy.

## Preferred Background

- Experience handling stainless steel, carbon steel, pipes, industrial materials, construction materials, building materials, hardware, or related products.
- Existing network within contractors, project owners, fabricators, industrial manufacturers, engineering companies, and retail channels.
- Experience managing both project-based and retail/distribution sales businesses.
