Retail Storekeeper

Description

FINNS Bali Retail is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Retail Storekeeper professional to support the operational backbone of our growing retail business. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth retail operations through maintaining stockroom operations, ensuring accurate inventory records, proper storage of goods, and timely stock replenishment to support retail operations.

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Organize and maintain stockroom inventory in a clean, safe, and efficient manner.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of merchandise.
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to the Retail Supervisor or Manager.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Prepare and distribute stock to retail outlets as required.
- Record all stock movements accurately in the inventory management system.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or losses.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and retail staff regarding stock requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and inventory control standards.
- Maintain stockroom cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Staff, or similar role, preferably in Retail or Hospitality industries.
- Good understanding of inventory management and stock control procedures.
- Experience using inventory management systems, POS and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory records.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of handling stock movement and lifting merchandise when required.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible with a strong work ethic.
- Willing to work flexible hours when operationally required.
