Posisi: Senior Account ManagerJa
Job Description
- Develop and manage existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting activities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including qualification, presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Conduct customer meetings to understand business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions
- Promote and sell Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Hardware, Networking, Cloud, and related technology solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, principals, partners, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with presales and technical teams to develop solution proposals and project requirements
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and account development plans
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account retention through consultative relationship management
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from any major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or related field
- Proven experience selling Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Hardware, Networking, Cloud, or related IT solutions
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to generate new business opportunities
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with enterprise clients
- Experience engaging with Manager, Director, and C-Level stakeholders is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Target-driven, highly motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
