Key Responsibilities

- Transportation Planning
- - Develop and manage daily and weekly delivery plans to ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) performance.
- Coordinate closely with transportation vendors to secure adequate fleet capacity and optimize utilization.
- Monitor delivery execution and proactively resolve operational issues and disruptions.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers, maintaining high service level standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve routing efficiency, cost optimization, and service reliability.
- Vendor Management & Procurement
- - Source, evaluate, and onboard transportation and warehouse related vendors.
- Lead vendor performance management, including regular reviews on service, cost, and compliance.
- Negotiate commercial terms where applicable to achieve cost efficiency and service improvements.
- Manage Purchase Order creation and ensure timely fulfillment of warehouse operational needs.
- Validate vendor invoices and collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- - Prepare and analyze key reports, including Warehouse KPIs, transportation costs, and vendor claims.
- Track and improve key metrics such as OTIF, cost per delivery, and vendor performance scorecards.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
Support process improvement initiatives and standardization across transportation and warehouse operations.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation planning, or procurement.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (comfortable with data analysis), Microsoft Office, experience with SAP is a plus.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively with cross functional teams and external vendors.
