Posisi: Brand Marketing Manager

- Brand Positioning & Tone of Voice (SME/B2B Focused): Formulate and govern the brand’s identity. Specifically, develop and maintain a tone of voice that is "tech-savvy yet grounded"—ensuring that the product’s sophisticated features are communicated in an approachable, easy-to-understand manner for everyday merchants and MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises).
- 360-Degree Integrated Campaigns: Lead large-scale, omnichannel campaigns that seamlessly synchronize efforts across multiple disciplines. For example, orchestrating a major product launch that simultaneously triggers social media activations, mass press releases to top media outlets, and offline community roadshows.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Effectively manage, mentor, and align the KPIs of a highly diverse team. Act as the unifying bridge between creative/artistic personalities (Graphic Designers), formal and strategic thinkers (PR), and highly extroverted relationship-builders (Community/Partnership).
- Community Building & Strategic Partnerships: Guide the Community Partnership team in building engaged grassroots networks (e.g., communities of mom-preneurs, coffee shop owners, retail merchants). Establish and nurture high-level strategic partnerships with third-party institutions like banks, business associations (e.g., Chamber of Commerce), and government bodies.
- Budget Management & Data-Driven Brand Metrics: Manage the brand marketing budget with a strict focus on ROI. Move beyond subjective metrics like "good design" to prove campaign success through hard data. Track, analyze, and report on core Brand Health metrics, including Share of Voice (SOV), positive public sentiment, and organic search/brand awareness growth.

- Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: \* Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management, 360-Degree/Integrated Marketing, or Corporate Communications.
- Crucial: Minimum 3–5 years of proven managerial experience specifically leading cross-functional teams (Creative, Social, PR, and Community).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the successful leadership of end-to-end, integrated marketing campaigns.
- Direct experience marketing to the B2B or SME/MSME sector is highly required.
- Professional Skills: \* Deep expertise in brand positioning and translating complex tech/software concepts into accessible language for non-technical users.
- Proven track record in community building and securing high-value third-party partnerships.
- Analytical Skills: Highly proficient in measuring brand health. Must be able to demonstrate past success in growing Share of Voice, improving brand sentiment, and driving organic traffic growth.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence and adaptability to lead diverse personality types effectively. Strong negotiation, public speaking, and stakeholder management skills.
