SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY

- Position: Fresh Graduate Management Training Program
- Location: Solo, Indonesia (Remote)
- Salary: Rp. 4.000.000,-

Deliveree is seeking ambitious, hard working, and career-focused candidates who have recently received their undergraduate degree from a recognized university in Indonesia or abroad. All majors are welcome to apply.

To qualify, you must have a strong interest in business or operations in a logistics technology environment. You must be willing to work very hard in a fast moving, accelerated environment with your career development as your top priority.

As part of our Remote Fresh Graduate Program, you will be assigned to a specific role that can be performed remotely, such as Supply Management, Supply Acquisition, Business, or Booking Operations. We expect our candidates to develop expertise in their assigned role, which typically takes around two years. After that, you may have the opportunity to take on new challenges in a different department.

Requirement

- Undergraduate GPA 3.0 or higher
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome to apply
- Having proper devices including a laptop, monitor, and headset
- Having stable internet connections
- Excellent English skills
- Excellent speaking and writing skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and hard working
- Strong reasoning, logic, and analysis skills
