As part of our Marketing & Creator Commerce team, you’ll take a strategic role in driving brand performance across affiliate marketing and livestreaming. Your work connects brands with the right creators, platforms, and audiences — turning content into measurable growth.
As an Business Commercial & Partnership Senior Supervisor , you’ll design and execute end‑to‑end strategies across multiple brands and product categories. You’ll balance creativity with data, collaborate closely with internal teams, and continuously optimize performance across fast‑moving digital platforms.
What We’ll Work On Together
- Develop and execute affiliate and creator strategies across multiple brands and product categories, aligned with brand positioning, target audiences, and commercial objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage affiliates and livestream hosts, matching creator profiles and content styles to campaign goals such as awareness, consideration, and sales.
- Plan and optimize livestream executions, including format design, host selection, product sequencing, storytelling flow, and promotional mechanics to maximize performance.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance continuously, optimizing creators, content, offers, and timing based on data and platform insights.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Store Management and other teams to design and execute integrated campaign roadmaps, including paid advertising strategies aligned with business KPIs.
Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, livestreaming, social media strategy, or e‑commerce, with proven results across multiple brands or product categories.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram ecosystems, including content formats, algorithm dynamics, and creator‑driven commerce.
- Hands‑on experience with live commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Tokopedia Live is a strong advantage.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize performance using metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, conversion rate, and GMV.
- Proven ability to evaluate creators holistically, beyond follower count — including content style, audience relevance, brand fit, and sales impact.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands‑on execution, supported by excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and adaptable, comfortable making data‑backed decisions in fast‑changing digital and platform environments.
