This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Strategic Account Executive - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming early cancer detection practices by driving the implementation of cutting-edge screening programs in health systems. Your proactive approach will foster essential relationships with healthcare institutions, influencing key stakeholders. Your efforts will significantly contribute to achieving sales targets while ensuring the effective deployment of innovative diagnostics and digital health solutions. Accountabilities

- Become a subject matter expert in the technology and service offerings, engaging effectively with key stakeholders including executives and medical directors.
- Articulate the value of the company's tests and digital health tools to health system leadership.
- Partner with Medical Affairs to recruit and educate health systems on utilizing the testing solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with health systems and institutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective implementation of EMR and UX tools to promote growth.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales activities, and market insights.
- Provide valuable feedback to the Product and Marketing teams based on customer interactions.
- Develop strategic plans for gaining and retaining health system contracts.
- Monitor market opportunities and competitive activities, presenting findings to leadership.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of medical sales experience with a track record of selling complex diagnostics solutions.
- Proven experience in institutional sales and contract negotiation with health systems.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare system, reimbursement pathways, and screening protocols.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey concepts clearly and professionally.
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven account planning.
- Ability to sell technically complex products.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
