We are looking for a
Sales Qualifier
to strengthen our sales pipeline and help us reach more partners in driving impactful environmental action across Indonesia.
This role is crucial in ensuring that every opportunity entering our funnel is relevant, well-qualified, and ready to be converted into meaningful collaboration.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify potential leads through online research, cold calls, networking, and other outreach activities.
- Use CRM systems, LinkedIn, and databases to source and categorize prospects.
- Generate inbound leads via social media, LinkedIn, ads, newsletters, and other channels.
- Organize and manage leads using a structured funneling mindset to prioritize qualification and follow-up.
Prospecting & Qualification
- Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Ask qualifying questions to understand needs, budget, authority, and timeline.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and key industry players.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to improve targeting.
CRM Management
- Accurately input and maintain prospect data in the CRM system.
- Track follow-ups and monitor progress toward targets.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and improvement areas.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or prospecting roles.
- Familiar with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written), especially in cold outreach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable handling rejection and difficult conversations.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate lead quality and optimize approach.
- Proactive, curious, and adaptable.
Desirable (Plus Points)
- Experience in B2B sales.
