The Successful Applicant

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in operations, strategic operations, or operational leadership roles
- Strong background within fintech, financial services, digital platforms, or high-growth environments
- Proven track record in leading large-scale teams and complex operational structures
- Highly agile, hands-on, and execution-focused, with the ability to thrive in fast-changing environments
- Strong strategic thinking combined with practical operational execution
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience in driving operational transformation and scaling businesses is highly preferred
