Position: B2B Sales Development Representative (Client Acquisition) - HR Department

Company: Reemotely Pte Ltd

Work Arrangement: Full-time, Remote (WFH), 5-day work week, 40 hours per week

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (SGT, GMT+8)

Compensation Package: Salary (commensurate to Indonesian rates), Medical and Paid (Monthly) Leave, Health & Employment Insurance (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan), Annual Religious Holiday Allowance (THR)

Salary Range:

- Starting from IDR 6,000,000 gross per month
- Final compensation to be discussed based on experience, relevant industry exposure, and performance structure
- Additional performance incentive or commission structure may also be discussed based on role arrangement and target achievement

Salary Structure: The position includes a 3-month probation period, during which the starting salary will be paid at 80%. Upon successful completion of the probation period, the salary will be increased to 100% of the agreed amount.

## Role Focus

We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Development Representative to build and qualify a client pipeline, with Singapore as the primary market. This role focuses on prospect research, lead list building, outreach, follow-up, and lead qualifications to support the sales pipeline from perspective toward discovery calls and client conversion, with guidance from management. Ideal candidates have sales or business development background and are comfortable in a remote, cross-border environment.

*Please note that this role is* *sales-led, with a focus on* *lead generation and client acquisition**. It does not involve performance marketing or the execution of paid advertising campaigns.*

## Key Responsibilities

- Identify target prospects including SMEs, founders, business owners and hiring decision-makers. Build qualified lead lists prioritizing the Singapore market.
- Conduct prospecting, outreach, and consistent follow-up through approved channels. Maintain regular contact with prospects to move leads through the pipeline.
- Qualify leads based on business need, hiring urgency, budget readiness, decision-maker access, and fit with Reemotely's services.
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records to track outreach, follow-up, and lead status. Update activity regularly for pipeline visibility.
- Support the progression of qualified leads toward discovery calls and client conversion, with guidance from management.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to align on client requirements and delivery expectations. Support smooth handover after client onboarding when needed.
- Share market insights, prospect objections, and feedback to help refine positioning and outreach strategy.

## Requirements

- Fluent in English (written and verbal)

1 to 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition
- Proven track record in
staffing, recruitment agency, outsourcing, workforce solutions, HR services, virtual assistant/remote staffing services, or similar B2B service industries
- Comfortable managing prospecting, outreach, follow-up, and qualification within a
lead generation cycle
- Experience working with clients in
Singapore and/or the broader SEA region

- Familiar with
CRM tools for pipeline and activity tracking
