At Les Mills Asia Pacific, we are looking for a commercially driven and market-savvy leader to take ownership of our growth in Indonesia and work with some of the country’s leading fitness operators while expanding our footprint into new opportunities.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building partnerships, driving revenue, and shaping a growing market.

The Opportunity

You will play a key leadership role across the Indonesia market, driving sustainable growth across

- Program licensing

- Equipment sales

- Strategic partnerships

You’ll be responsible for both winning new business and strengthening existing relationships, while leading and developing a local team to deliver consistent commercial results.

What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)

- Deliver strong, sustainable revenue growth across Indonesia

- Expand Les Mills presence with new key operator partnerships

- Improve retention and value of existing accounts

- Build a high-performing, commercially focused team culture

- Establish clear pipeline visibility and forecasting discipline

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Growth & Partnerships

- Drive revenue across licensing, equipment, and partnership opportunities

- Identify, prioritize, and convert new business opportunities

- Strengthen relationships with key operators and decision-makers

- Proactively manage at-risk accounts to improve retention and lifetime value

2. Market Ownership & Strategy

- Own the Indonesia market plan and translate strategy into execution

- Identify growth segments across premium, mid-market, and emerging operators

- Provide clear commercial insights on market trends, risks, and opportunities

3. Team Leadership

- Lead, coach and develop a local Partnership Manager, who is responsible for driving new partner acquisition and account growth across their market.

- Set clear KPIs and drive accountability across the team

- Build a culture of ownership, performance, and continuous improvement

4. Commercial Excellence

- Drive discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM usage

- Champion a consistent and effective sales approach

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operation teams

What We’re Looking For

Experience

- Minimum 3 years in sales, partnerships, or account management

- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing commercial targets

- Experience leading or mentoring teams

- Strong understanding of the Indonesia fitness, wellness, or related B2B market

Additional Information and requirements

- Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

- Travel: Regular travel across Indonesia required

- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)

- Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

- Must possess a valid driver’s licence and own transport
