🔥 Your Mission

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying product opportunities, translating business goals into product requirements, and driving execution from concept to launch.

Your responsibilities include:

•⁠ ⁠Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the crypto trading ecosystem.

•⁠ ⁠Analyzing user behavior, trading activity, feature adoption, and product performance to generate actionable insights.

•⁠ ⁠Defining, prioritizing, and managing the product roadmap based on business objectives, customer needs, and data-driven findings.

•⁠ ⁠Creating comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and feature specifications for engineering teams.

•⁠ ⁠Working closely with engineering, design, customer support, and leadership teams to ensure successful feature delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Gathering, organizing, and synthesizing user feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

•⁠ ⁠Monitoring product performance and recommending optimizations to improve user engagement, retention, and trading outcomes.

•⁠ ⁠Managing feature releases, testing, documentation, and post-launch evaluations.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in fintech, crypto, SaaS, or other digital technology industries.

•⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including exchanges, trading bots, trading platforms, and market dynamics.

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical capabilities:

\* Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).

\* Comfortable interpreting analytics dashboards, product metrics, and user behavior data.

\* SQL knowledge is a strong advantage.

•⁠ ⁠Exceptional documentation and project management skills, with extensive experience using Notion, Asana, Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.

•⁠ ⁠Proven track record of producing clear, comprehensive, and execution-ready product documentation, including:

\* Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)

\* User Stories

\* Feature Specifications

\* Product Workflows

\* Acceptance Criteria

\* Product Roadmaps

\* Release Documentation

•⁠ ⁠Ability to translate business objectives, customer feedback, and product vision into structured requirements that engineering teams can execute with minimal ambiguity.

•⁠ ⁠Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making.

•⁠ ⁠Highly detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven, with a strong commitment to documentation quality and operational excellence.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align leadership vision, engineering execution, and customer needs.

•⁠ ⁠Self-starter with strong ownership, initiative, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
