Marketing Virtual Assistant (Remote) Virtual Assistant – Pilates Studio

We are a growing Pilates studio looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Virtual Assistant to support the marketing activities of our Pilates studio. This role will help grow our online presence, promote studio events, and ensure consistent branding and communication with our community.

This role is ideal for someone who loves wellness, has strong marketing skills, is proactive, reliable, has attention to detail, is consistent and enjoys creating engaging content that builds a genuine community. It will be of advantage if you are able to take initiative, not just execute tasks.

Must Have:

·       Experience working as a Marketing Virtual Assistant or Social Media Assistant.

·      ⁠Intermediate English language skills – able to communicate and produce work in English.

·      Ability to work independently and remotely with a reliable internet connection and own laptop.

·      Organised, reliable, and able to think “outside the box”.

·      Interest in wellness or Pilates is a plus.

·      Able to adjust to Australian working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Create monthly social media content tables and posting schedules.

·      Write engaging captions aligned with the studio’s brand voice.

·      Research and apply relevant hashtags.

·      Assist with scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

·      Assist with creating a monthly marketing plan.

·      Content creation, using brand colours, brand fonts, logo, brand voice and tone.

·      Design graphics and marketing material using Canva.

·      Talking to and attract a specific client group.

·      Create story templates, reel covers, and promotional posts.

·      Ensure all content follows the studio’s brand style and tone.

·      Assist with creating and email monthly newsletters and other marketing, event campaigns.

·      Write marketing copy for class promotions, workshops, and studio updates.

·      Assist with preparing content for social media advertisements.

·      Create graphics and captions for ad campaigns.

·      Event and Workshop Marketing support.

·      Help, plan and promote workshops, speciality classes, and studio events.

·      Create promotional materials such as flyers, social graphics, and event pages.

Requirements - Core Skills & Experience:

·      Strong knowledge and understanding of Instagram and Facebook marketing, including the use of social media ads.

·      ⁠Experience using Canva.

·      ⁠Excellent copywriting skills.

·      ⁠Experience supporting event marketing.

·      ⁠Basic video editing skills.

Position Details:

·      Remote / virtual position.

·      ⁠Part-time: 20 hours per week (flexible hours).

·      ⁠Pay: Rp3.000.000 - Rp3.500.000 per month.
