Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and grow key accounts by maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
2. Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting, negotiation, order management, post-sales support, to credit management while achieving sales targets.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and represent the company at trade fairs/exhibitions to deliver customer solutions, support market growth, and strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the furniture industry with a proven track record in client acquisition, account management, and achieving sales targets.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to manage end-to-end sales processes and build long-term customer relationships.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, willing to travel, and able to work cross-functionally with a good understanding of market trends and customer needs.
