Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Management Trainee at JNR Entertainment Private Limited. The Management Trainee will gain hands-on experience in event planning and execution, client management, and team collaboration. Responsibilities include assisting in the end-to-end planning of events, coordinating with vendors and clients, managing on-ground operations, and ensuring events meet quality standards. The trainee will also contribute to internal event strategy, assist with administrative tasks, and help drive exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

- Event Management and Planning: Understanding of event logistics, supplier coordination, and venue management.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership: Strong teamwork, leadership, and ability to manage cross-functional team activities for seamless event execution.
- Customer Service and Communication: Proficient verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and maintain attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Creative thinking and quick decision-making to handle unexpected challenges during events.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and basic software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite); experience with virtual event platforms is a plus.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
