Job Requirement :

- Bachelor degree
- Have experience in selling building materials or pipes
- Excellent rapport building, networking and relationship management experience.
- Ability to work well in an inter-cultural environment.
- Responsible, quickly respond to all problems and customer desires.
- First class communication skills able to operate professionally and effectively at all levels.
- Traveling within the assigned region to promote the company brand, seek new customers, understand their needs and requirement, build a sustainable business plan, negotiate terms in accordance to company policy, and most importantly close the deal.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
