## Opportunity Details

Work Arrangement

- Remote (WFH), (40 hrs/week)

Working Days & Hours

- Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (SGT, GMT+8),
- Can also be varied based on the client's request

Salary Structure

- The position includes a three-month probation period, during which the starting salary will be paid at 80%.
- This initial three-month period aims to thoroughly determine the suitability of remote talent in order to assess long-term employability or identify suitable replacements. If additional evaluation is required, the probation may be extended to a total of six (6) months.
- Upon successful completion of the probation period (at either three or six months), the salary will be increased to 100% of the agreed amount.

- Administrative, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, and other relevant fields
- Software Engineering, Web Development, and other relevant fields

## What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

- English proficiency for business communication
- Based in Indonesia with authorization to work
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Quiet workspace suitable for video calls and focused work
- Own computer/laptop (specifications vary by role)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills for virtual collaboration
- Nice to have:

- Relevant background experience
- Mandarin proficiency
