Posisi: Livestream Operator (OBS/Vmix)
Responsible for:
Ensure high-fidelity visual/audio quality and technical stability for all live broadcasts.
1. Technical Setup: Responsible for studio lighting (Key/Fill/Backlight), camera angles, and professional audio configuration to ensure a "Premium" look.
2. Software Operation: Master OBS/Vmix for live production—handling overlays, frame transitions, scene switching, and green screen effects.
3. Real-time Troubleshooting: Monitor the live feed 100% of the time to immediately resolve network issues, audio lags, or software glitches.
4. Asset Management: Maintain and manage studio equipment and technical inventory at the Indonesia branch.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 6 months - 1 year in technical production, videography, or livestream tech.
2. Skills: Mandatory proficiency in OBS Studio. Solid understanding of lighting physics and audio mixing.
3. Attributes: Detail-oriented, technically savvy, and a good eye for visual composition.
4. Language: Bahasa Indonesia; Basic English (to understand technical documentation).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Technical Uptime (zero-glitch sessions), Visual/Audio Quality Score, and Equipment Maintenance Grade.
