About the Role

The Critical Facilities Client Delivery Manager serves as the primary interface between hyperscale customers and the Company's operations, engineering, commissioning, and project teams throughout the full data center lifecycle.

The role is responsible for customer governance, service delivery coordination, and operational alignment across both the pre-delivery phase (design, construction, commissioning, and handover) and the live operations phase (post-COD operations, SLA governance, incident management, and ongoing customer engagement).

Reporting directly to the Vice President based in Singapore, the successful candidate will support large-scale built-to-suit hyperscale data center campuses and act as the primary customer point of contact from project delivery through operational lifecycle management.

Strict Screening Requirement

Only candidates with direct experience in hyperscale, colocation, or mission-critical data center environments will be considered. Candidates from IT services, software, cloud support, telecommunications, network operations, property management, manufacturing facilities, or other non-critical facilities environments will not be progressed.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Delivery Phase (Pre-COD)

• Serve as the primary customer interface throughout design, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.

• Coordinate customer participation in design reviews, capacity planning discussions, technical workshops, FAT, SAT, Integrated System Testing (IST), and commissioning witness activities.

• Track project delivery milestones, readiness status, customer action items, and handover governance requirements.

• Coordinate customer onboarding activities, including operational readiness reviews and systems integration support.

• Manage customer expectations and communications through formal acceptance and handover processes.

• Work closely with project, engineering, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements and contractual commitments are achieved prior to COD.

Live Operations Phase (Post-COD)

• Serve as the primary operational interface between hyperscale customers and internal critical facilities and operations teams.

• Coordinate customer communications relating to maintenance activities, operational events, incidents, infrastructure readiness, and service delivery matters.

• Manage SLA governance, service reviews, escalation management, operational reporting, and customer follow-up actions.

• Participate in incident coordination, RCA reviews, corrective action tracking, and customer communications.

• Coordinate planned maintenance notifications, change management communications, and operational risk advisories.

• Support customer expansion projects, capacity growth initiatives, and phased infrastructure deployments across the campus lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customer operations, engineering, construction, and leadership teams.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations, engineering, project delivery, and customer experience functions.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience within hyperscale, colocation, or mission-critical data center environments.

• Experience supporting facilities, operations, commissioning, customer delivery, or service delivery functions within data centers.

• Demonstrated involvement in pre-delivery activities (design, commissioning, FAT/SAT, IST, handover) and/or live critical facilities operations.

• Strong understanding of critical facilities infrastructure including electrical distribution, UPS systems, standby generators, cooling systems, BMS/DCIM platforms, and power capacity management.

• Familiarity with MOP, SOP, EOP, change management, and operational governance frameworks.

• Experience managing customer relationships, service reviews, SLA governance, escalations, and operational reporting.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and customer-facing presentation skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline preferred.

Candidates from AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta, Equinix, Digital Realty, AirTrunk, STT GDC, NTT Global Data Centers, Princeton Digital Group (PDG), Bridge Data Centres, Telehouse, CtrlS, Vantage Data Centers, Keppel Data Centres, or comparable hyperscale and mission-critical operators are strongly preferred.
