DESIGN & PRINT COORDINATOR

REQUIREMENTS :

1. S1 majoring in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia/ Advertising/ Media (Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design) is preferred.
2. Minimum 2 year experience.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW.
5. Mandatory Creative Fields: print design, packaging, branding, typography and layout.
6. Knowledge in video editing, web design, SMM, SEO, and photography are an advantage.
7. Strong Creativity and Concept Development.
8. Excellent time management.
9. High sense of initiative, reliable, and flawlessly understand instruction.
10. Attention to detail and good organizational skills is essential.
11. Good attitude, self-motivated, smart worker, and detail oriented.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Issue Purchase Orders of packaging to Supplier and negotiate the prices to ensure the best quality that meets the company’s standards
2. Maintain close communication and follow-up with packaging suppliers for confirmation of orders, monitoring progress, deliveries, and timely delivery schedules
3. Coordinate and maintain packaging material stock with Inventory Control and Purchasing
4. Create in-house documentation and promotional materials
5. Create ideas for new charcoal packaging designs, including shape, size, colors, fonts and imagery
6. Creating & handling social media for Indonesia & International business
7. Contributing ideas and design artwork as leaflets, posters, presentations and other promotional material to serve needs of other departments
8. Make social media designs for every event at the company and also for big day commemorations
