Posisi: E-commerce Supervisor
Job Descriptions:
1. Manage the end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer service
2. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility
3. Analyse sales data and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
4. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and execute effective online campaigns
5. Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the e-commerce experience
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field
2. Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and improving operational efficiency
3. Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and online consumer behaviour
5. Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and data analysis software
6. Effective leadership and team management skills
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
