Posisi: Continuous Process Improvement Asisstant Manager

Requirements :

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related technical field with a strong analytical foundation
- Minimum >5 years of experience in Professional track record demonstrating progression in Process Improvement, Operations Strategy, or Innovation Management
- Hands-on experience in Business Process Mapping, workflow automation, and structured problem-solving (DMAIC/PDCA)
- Hold Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is mandatory
- Agile thought leadership, communication, problem solving, and negotiation
- Have a exceptional executive communication skills to align cross-functional interests and influence senior leadership.
- Have a knowledge BPMN 2.0 & Process Architecture: Advanced expertise in mapping, designing, and reengineering end-to-end business process architectures.
- Mastery of DMAIC and PDCA frameworks to systematically eliminate waste and process variability.

- Fluent communication in English (both written & spoken)
- Tech savvy (especially Ms. Office)
- Willing to be placed in our mine-site Paser, East Kalimantan, with roster 6 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to PoH) with project based scheme

Job Description :

- Handle Process Identification & Discovery: Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to map the current state of the mining value chain, identifying critical business processes and their impact on operational excellence.
- Analysis & Bottleneck Detection: Utilize process mining and quantitative data to perform deep-dive root cause analyses, pinpointing structural waste and friction points.
- Strategic Process Reengineering: Design "To-Be" process architectures using BPMN 2.0 standards, fundamentally reimagining workflows to drive governance enhancement.
- Implementation & Change Orchestration: Lead the pilot and rollout of optimized processes, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration and the adoption of new standards.
- Monitoring & Governance: Establish real-time tracking mechanisms and KPIs to monitor process performance, ensuring sustained compliance and visibility for executive leadership.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Close the BPM loop by fostering a continuous improvement culture, leveraging Lean Six Sigma to iteratively refine and scale high-impact projects.
