Posisi: Bakery Operations Supervisor
We are a growing bakery and cake production business looking for a hands-on Bakery Operations Supervisor to support daily kitchen and production operations.
This role is responsible for production monitoring, inventory control, waste tracking, daily reporting, and ensuring smooth operational flow in the kitchen. We are looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working on the production floor.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily bakery production and ensure smooth workflow
- Track inventory of ingredients, packaging, and finished products
- Monitor and record wastage, spoilage, production errors, and product remakes
- Reconcile production quantities with daily sales/orders
- Prepare simple daily operational reports (production, sales, stock, wastage)
- Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure production targets are met
- Help implement and maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate reorder requirements
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational discipline in production areas
- Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Experience in bakery, café, restaurant, food production, manufacturing, warehouse, or operations supervision is preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and disciplined
- Comfortable working on-site and supervising daily operations
- Able to use spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) for reporting
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to be hands-on and involved in day-to-day operations
## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in bakery, pastry, central kitchen, commissary kitchen, or F&B production
- Experience with inventory control, stock counting, or operational reporting
- Experience supervising kitchen or production teams is a plus
