Job Summary

Join our customer’s team as an Electrical Engineer – AI Trainer and play a key role in bridging classical electrical engineering expertise with cutting-edge AI applications. In this remote position, you will develop training content, mentor team members, and help integrate AI into real-world electrical engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver training modules that demonstrate the application of AI in electrical engineering contexts.
- Collaborate with engineers and AI teams to create practical scenarios for model development and testing.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-driven electrical engineering solutions for improvement and accuracy.
- Mentor team members to enhance technical knowledge and promote continuous learning.
- Translate complex electrical engineering and AI concepts into clear, accessible instructional materials.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in AI and electrical engineering to inform training content.
- Maintain clear written and verbal communication within cross-functional teams to ensure knowledge transfer.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and modern AI technologies.
- Proven experience in training, mentoring, or technical instruction.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with simulation software and programming languages such as Python and MATLAB.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience deploying AI solutions in electrical engineering projects.
- Background in curriculum development for technical audiences.
- Certifications in AI, machine learning, or instructional design.
