Role Overview

We are seeking Expert Visual Designers to create high-quality, professional Excel templates for business use cases.

This role focuses strictly on visual and aesthetic spreadsheet design — not UX research, product design, or content writing. The goal is to produce polished, professional, and “sellable” Excel templates that business users can immediately adopt.

If you have a strong design eye and experience building beautifully structured spreadsheets for real-world productivity use, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Work On

Design and build professional-grade templates such as:

- Planners
- Dashboards
- Budget templates
- Invoices
- Project management sheets
- Tracking systems
- Calendars
- Productivity tools

Templates should be visually refined, logically structured, and suitable for business environments.

Required Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of full-time professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong visual and aesthetic design skills (not primarily UX or product-focused)
- Professional experience using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week
- Access to a desktop or laptop (Chromebooks not supported)

Preference will be given to candidates with a core visual design background who can demonstrate exceptional spreadsheet aesthetics.

Contract & Payment Terms

- Engaged as an independent contractor
- Fully remote, flexible schedule
- Project duration may vary based on performance and business needs
- No access to confidential or proprietary employer information required
- Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
