About the Role
We're looking for a
remote Ambassador Program Manager
to own relationships with 200+ brand ambassadors while driving program growth, ensuring compliance, and coordinating monthly product shipments.
In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for artists in your portfolio, managing monthly care package activations, compliance monitoring, new ambassador onboarding, and licensed campaign launches. You'll use GRIN to track content across multiple platforms, balancing flexibility—ambassadors participate monthly or as schedules allow—with maintaining quality standards and engagement.
This position is essential as we expand our ambassador program and restructure the team to focus people on their strengths. We currently support 400 ambassadors with plans to grow further, and you'll help shape how we scale while working on high-profile licensed collaborations.
Our IDEAL CANDIDATE
brings 3-5 years of experience in
*Influencer Marketing, Ambassador Program Management*
, or related community-building roles. You have hands-on experience managing ambassador programs end-to-end and know how to use platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and tools like GRIN effectively. Beyond technical skills, you understand that managing ambassadors isn't transactional—it's about advocating for creative professionals while representing the brand. Your written communication becomes the brand's voice to 200+ artists, balancing program flexibility with maintaining standards. You approach every interaction with empathy, patience, and tact, even when managing challenging situations or delivering difficult feedback. You're highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative, comfortable juggling multiple projects while proactively bringing solutions. Most importantly, you genuinely care about making ambassadors feel welcome, heard, and valued as essential creative partners in our community.
Your performance will be measured by effective management of 200+ ambassadors with strong compliance and engagement, onboarding 20+ quality ambassadors monthly, successful execution of campaign initiatives with measurable KPIs, timely delivery of campaigns and reporting, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll be doing things like:
- Ambassador Relationship Management:
Manage 200+ ambassadors through email, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook Groups with flexible cadence (ambassadors participate monthly or as schedules allow); provide pre-launch assets, marketing materials, and content guidance; handle front-line support for product questions, shipment issues, and program inquiries; coordinate with CSM team on lost or damaged packages and process replacements through GRIN; schedule monthly giveaways and care package shipments with next month's launch products; build authentic relationships where ambassadors feel valued and heard.
- Compliance Monitoring & Enforcement:
Review ambassador posts through GRIN with manual quality checks; verify hashtags, product showcasing (4 products = 4 posts), and brand tagging across all formats; ensure adherence to brand safety and platform guidelines; provide constructive feedback on standards; document non-compliance patterns and collaborate on enforcement actions including warnings or offboarding; balance program integrity with empathy and accountability.
- Ambassador Recruitment & Onboarding:
Research and identify qualified creators through social discovery; shortlist candidates based on content quality, engagement, and alignment; conduct personalised outreach and answer program questions; manage end-to-end onboarding, including applications, agreements, and welcome communications; onboard 20+ quality ambassadors monthly to maintain 400+ active participants.
- Campaign Coordination & Performance:
Coordinate monthly care package activations and track shipments to forecast content output; support

with performance reporting (reach, engagement, ROI); collaborate with

on inventory planning; maintain program KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Licensed Campaign Support:
Identify and vet creators within specific fandoms (Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Superman); build rosters for co-branded campaigns; conduct outreach for licensed opportunities; coordinate special campaign mechanics; ensure partner brand requirements are met.
- Community & Content Management:
Repurpose ambassador content from GRIN for brand social accounts with proper crediting and trending sounds; draft and schedule Reels using pre-approved copy; organize quarterly town halls and support ambassador participation at events; facilitate engagement in relevant online communities; stay current on social trends and share insights with the team.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of prior experience in roles like
*Influencer Marketing Manager, Ambassador Program Manager, Community Manager, Account Manager*
, or related positions.
- Proven experience managing ambassador or influencer programs end-to-end including outreach, onboarding, shipment coordination, and compliance monitoring
- Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Threads, and Reddit including downloading content and platform-specific best practices
- Experience managing 100+ creator relationships simultaneously with strong organizational systems and memory for tracking conversations across platforms
- Ability to monitor and enforce program compliance while providing constructive, tactful feedback
- Exceptional written communication with brand-aligned tone across all interactions
- Empathetic and patient approach to managing diverse personalities, including challenging situations
- Self-motivated, collaborative team player comfortable juggling multiple projects and working across departments
- Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new tools
Bonus if you also have:
- Experience with ambassador management platforms like GRIN, Modash, or Aspire
- Passion for stationery, fountain pens, or creative products
- Experience developing content strategies or identifying social media trends

Position Details
