- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in FSI solutions or SaaS, with a strong APAC focus.
- Deep knowledge of banking workflows, procurement norms, and organizational dynamics within financial institutions.
- Proven ability to engage C-level executives and compliance decision-makers, delivering compelling presentations and value propositions.
- Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks and digital transformation trends in FSI.
- Hunter & Farmer mindset: Skilled at acquiring new clients while nurturing long-term relationships and expanding use cases.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills: Able to articulate complex solutions across diverse regulatory and cultural contexts.
- Autonomous, adaptable, and results-driven with a collaborative approach.
