Role Overview
- You will run our day-to-day social media presence
- support admin operations
- and be the on-camera personality for content and livestream sessions. This role blends admin discipline with creator energy — perfect for someone extroverted
- confident
- and eager to grow.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Social Media Management
- Plan
- schedule
- and publish content across IG
- TikTok
- and other platforms.
- Engage with comments
- DMs
- and community messages.
• Monitor trends and adapt content quickly.
2\. On-Camera Personality / Content Host
- Become the “face” of the brand in videos
- reels
- TikToks
- and livestreams.
- Host live sessions on Instagram
- TikTok Shop
- Shopee Live
- etc.
• Present products clearly and confidently with high energy.
3\. Content Creation & Ideation
- Brainstorm new content angles
- challenges
- and hooks.
• Work with designers/editors to produce high-quality visuals.
- Participate in scripting
- shooting
- and reviewing content.
4\. Admin & Operational Support
- Handle daily administrative tasks (scheduling
- basic reporting
- coordination
- email writing).
• Assist with simple customer inquiries.
- Update dashboards

- and internal documents.
5\. Brand Activation Support
- Help execute campaigns

- and collaborations.
- Coordinate with influencers

• Support event or digital campaign logistics where needed.
Requirements
Must-Haves

• Fluent English (speaking & writing).
