Our business has expanded across Indonesia, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, bringing high-quality beauty innovations to the market.

Key Responsibilities

Livestream Planning – Plan and manage daily livestream schedules, product flow, and promotional strategies.

Performance Monitoring – Monitor livestream performance metrics such as GMV, traffic, AOV, and conversion rate to ensure targets are achieved.

Data & Product Analysis – Analyze sales and performance data to identify winning products and optimize product selection.

Team Coordination – Coordinate with hosts and operators to ensure smooth and effective livestream execution.

Execution & Reporting – Oversee end-to-end livestream operations and prepare performance reports with actionable insights for improvement.

Requirements

Professional English speaking skills.

Willing to be placed in the Philippines office.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the livestream industry.

Experienced in handling end-to-end livestream operations, from scheduling to host performance management.

Familiar with platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret livestream performance data.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle daily livestream operations effectively.
