## Business Development / Market Visit Staff

Location: Baywalk Mall, Pluit, North Jakarta (on-site)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: IDR 6,000,000 – 10,000,000 / month + performance commission (IDR 10,000,000 – 15,000,000 / month for Mandarin speakers)
Languages Required: Bahasa Indonesia (fluent); Mandarin proficiency is a plus (higher salary bracket)

Visit, acquire, and onboard offline merchants across Jakarta for GOLUX — covering restaurants, hotels, beauty, entertainment, and local lifestyle businesses.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect merchants and brands with potential for partnership.

Conduct field visits to merchants — restaurants, entertainment venues, beauty salons, massage centres, hotels, and other local lifestyle businesses.

Collect merchant data including store name, address, PIC, contact, products, promotions, and marketing needs.

Introduce GOLUX services to merchants and follow up on partnership opportunities.

Prepare daily visit reports and market feedback summaries.

Requirements

Active, communicative, confident, and comfortable with field visits and meeting clients.

Experience in sales, BD, marketing, canvassing, or merchant acquisition is preferred.

Familiar with the Jakarta area and surrounding regions.

Proficient in Google Maps and basic tools such as Excel or Google Sheets for recording client data.

Mandarin proficiency is a plus and comes with a higher salary bracket.
