Creator Partnership & KOL Specialist (SaaS Tech)

HoLink is a SaaS link-in-bio platform built for creators, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and brands to manage their online presence, share multiple links, track performance, and grow their digital business through one smart profile page.

We are looking for a Creator Partnership & KOL Specialist (SaaS Tech) to acquire, onboard, and grow high-potential creators within the HoLink ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who understands creator economy, SaaS products, digital tools, online monetization, and partnership-driven growth.

## Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators, influencers, KOCs, affiliates, and digital communities to join HoLink.
- Prioritize creators in tech, SaaS, startup, business, productivity, digital tools, creator economy, online monetization, social media growth, entrepreneurship, and personal branding niches.
- Manage end-to-end creator partnership pipelines, including sourcing, outreach, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and relationship management.
- Build partnerships with creator agencies, MCNs, talent managers, startup communities, digital business communities, and relevant ecosystem partners.
- Drive creator adoption and active usage of HoLink products, including link-in-bio setup, analytics features, monetization tools, and other creator features.
- Plan and execute creator campaigns to increase sign-ups, active users, referrals, feature usage, and paid plan conversion.
- Develop and manage creator affiliate or referral programs, including tracking links, incentive models, performance reports, and payout coordination.
- Work with creators to communicate HoLink’s value proposition while maintaining authentic content style.
- Track and analyze creator growth metrics such as CPA, CTR, sign-up conversion, activation rate, active creator rate, paid conversion rate, retention rate, referral performance, and campaign ROI.
- Collect creator feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve product positioning, onboarding flow, and user experience.

## Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Creator Partnership, KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, Partnership, Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, or Growth roles.
- Experience in tech startup, SaaS, creator economy, social commerce, digital platform, or agency environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of creator economy, online monetization, digital tools, social media growth, and creator pain points.
- Existing network or database of creators, influencers, KOCs, agencies, communities, or talent managers is a plus.
- Strong communication, pitching, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven and comfortable working with spreadsheets, tracking links, affiliate systems, campaign reports, and performance metrics.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Good English communication skills are a plus.
