Posisi: Supervisor HR Generalist (Majalengka)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including mass hiring for daily workers.
- Coordinate with department heads on recruitment and training needs.
- Support and monitor training and development programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Maintain employee data, HR documentation, and HRIS records.
- Support HR operations such as onboarding, probation review, and performance evaluation.
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, recruitment, and training.
- Support employee engagement activities to promote company culture.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in HR Generalist, especially in recruitment and training.
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred (Food Manufacturing is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of payroll and HR administration is an advantage.
- Familiar with HRIS and online recruitment platforms.
- Willing to be placed in Majalengka with a 6-day work-from-office (WFO) arrangement.
