## About the Role

We are seeking a Mobile / Backend Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building and maintaining robust backend systems and mobile applications that power our products and deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers. You’ll work across the stack, contributing to both scalable APIs and intuitive mobile experiences.

You’ll thrive if you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working across multiple technologies, and delivering reliable, end-to-end solutions.

As our newest Mobile / Backend Developer, you’ll:

- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using PHP and Laravel
- Design and build cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
- Work with databases (MongoDB) to manage and optimise data storage and retrieval
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration across systems

## What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, solutions-focused, and comfortable working across both mobile and backend environments. You enjoy taking ownership, thinking critically about system design, and contributing to a collaborative team.

You’ll also bring:

- Strong experience with ReactJS
- Experience developing mobile applications using Flutter
- Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel
- Solid understanding of MongoDB and NoSQL database concepts
