Job Summary

One of our clients is seeking American English Voice Actors for a short-term AI training project. In this role, you will work with a leading AI lab to help improve AI models’ ability to process and generate high-quality audio data. The project involves recording clear, natural speech based on provided transcripts while maintaining professional voice delivery and precise pronunciation. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with voice acting or audio experience who have access to a professional recording setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Record high-quality voice audio based on provided transcripts for AI training purposes.
- Deliver speech in a clear, natural, and customer-service-style tone with consistent pacing and articulation.
- Follow transcripts accurately, paying close attention to punctuation, pauses, and natural speech flow.
- Edit or adjust transcripts when necessary to maintain natural pacing while preserving original meaning.
- Ensure recordings meet quality standards using professional recording equipment and editing tools.
- Submit completed audio recordings within project timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Native English speaker born and raised in the United States.
- Ability to deliver a neutral to upbeat “customer service” style voice with clear pronunciation.
- Strong attention to detail when reading scripts and following punctuation cues.
- Access to a professional home recording setup including a high-quality microphone, soundproofing, audio interface, pop filter, and editing software.
- Experience in voice-based work such as voice acting, podcasting, broadcasting, streaming, music, or other audio-related fields.
- Ability to commit between 2–10 hours per week for the project duration.

Project Details

- Project duration is approximately 1–2 weeks from the start date.
- Participants will be paid based on the total length of submitted audio recordings.
- A kickoff call will be required before the project begins.

Contract and Payment Terms

- This role is offered as an independent contractor position.
- Work is fully remote and can be completed on a flexible schedule.
- Project duration may be adjusted depending on project needs and performance.
- Payments are issued weekly through Stripe or Wise based on completed work.
