The Role

We are looking for a Community Analyst to architect and scale a high-signal digital ecosystem of builders, researchers, and operators.

This is not a moderation role.

This is a growth operator role.

You will turn community into distribution, partnerships into acquisition, and engagement into measurable revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

Community Growth & Engagement

- Own and scale our Slack community into a high-value hub for AI builders and researchers
- Architect engagement loops that increase retention and depth of participation
- Drive repeat engagement and conversation quality

Content & Creator Strategy

- Source and manage UGC creators producing AI-native video and short-form content
- Develop performance-ready creative assets for distribution
- Identify content angles that drive reach and conversion

Affiliate & Referral Engine

- Launch and scale referral systems across:
- Agencies
- Recruiters
- Universities
- Professors
- Tutors
- Job boards
- Influencers
- Run outbound partnership sprints: identify → pitch → close → activate

Revenue & Analytics

- Turn community into measurable top-of-funnel growth
- Track engagement, CAC signals, conversion rates, and partner performance
- Run weekly growth experiments and iterate quickly

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing and leadership
- Align narrative, positioning, and growth experiments
- Contribute to strategic decisions with data-backed insights

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in community-led growth
- Experience launching or scaling affiliate/referral programs
- Strong content intuition — you know what spreads and why
- Experience managing creators, influencers, or UGC pipelines
- Clear and persuasive communicator
- High ownership, low ego, fast execution mindset
- Comfortable running multiple experiments simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in robotics, AI, or STEM ecosystems
- Deep Slack-native community building expertise
- Track record of converting community into measurable revenue
