Interior Designer (Remote – Full Time)

Full-Time | Singapore Time 9:00AM – 6:00PM (Indonesia Time: 8:00AM – 5:00PM WIB)

## About DreamR

DreamR is part of Ohmyhome — Singapore’s first one-stop property solution and the first cross-border housing transaction platform. We design and build refined, thoughtfully crafted residential and hospitality spaces with a strong sense of style and buildability.

We’re expanding our DreamR Design Team and looking for detail-oriented, design-sensitive Interior Designers who can work remotely on a full-time basis.

We are not looking for someone who simply follows dry instructions —

We are looking for designers with a strong sense of style, spatial awareness, and understanding of materials.

## Role Overview

You will support the Singapore DreamR Team in producing clear, accurate, and high-quality drawings that guide design, coordination, and site execution — from concept to completion.

## Key Responsibilities

- Draft layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD
- Update drawings based on site measurements and coordination feedback
- Build and render 3D models from scratch using SketchUp, Enscape, Vray or 3D Max
- Draft customized furniture pieces with proper material application
- Translate senior designers’ sketches into accurate 2D drawings or 3D models
- Assist in preparing tender and construction documentation
- Support design presentations (PowerPoint / Adobe InDesign / Photoshop)
- Maintain organized server project folders
- Coordinate internally and assist in responding to site queries
- Attend client and site meetings with the team when required
- Prepare as-built drawings and post-completion updates

## Project Exposure

You will be involved in:

- Reviewing new client leads, site photos, and existing plans
- Preparing design decks and visual perspectives
- Producing construction drawings for renovation works
- Coordinating with PMs, designers, and vendors
- Supporting site execution and defect rectification

## Qualifications

- Diploma or higher qualification in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years working experience in drafting and documentation
- Experience in residential and/or hospitality projects (small to large scale)
- Strong portfolio required for interview
- Proficient in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Enscape / Vray
- 3D Max
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Strong understanding of construction processes and detailing
- Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and solution-driven
- Able to multitask across multiple projects efficiently
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly with a Singapore-based team
