Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop structured course content based on professional experience
- Translate real-world practices into clear learning modules and materials
- Prepare instructional content, including videos, modules, assignments, or assessments
- Provide practical insights and guidance aligned with industry standards
- Review and refine course content to maintain quality and relevance
- Manage course development timelines independently

Compensation & Revenue Model

- Revenue-sharing collaboration model (Instructor 70% & Platform Fee 30%)
- Compensation is based on course sales through the Selearn platform

Qualifications

- Proven professional experience in the relevant industry
- Strong communication and instructional skills
- Proficient in using digital tools and online platforms
- Able to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training is advantageous
- Formal academic qualifications are not mandatory; professional experience is prioritized
