Role Responsibilities

- Design and curate high-quality psychiatric case scenarios aligned with clinical best practices.
- Develop structured training datasets reflecting DSM-5 / ICD-10 diagnostic frameworks.
- Evaluate and refine AI outputs related to diagnostic assessment, psychopharmacology, and psychotherapy approaches.
- Provide expert feedback on AI-generated recommendations to ensure clinical, ethical, and legal compliance.
- Translate complex psychiatric knowledge into AI-readable, structured formats.
- Contribute insights across psychopathology, neuropsychiatry, and crisis/risk assessment.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and developers to improve system performance.

Requirements

- Licensed Psychiatrist with substantial clinical experience.
- Deep expertise in diagnostic assessment using DSM-5 and/or ICD-10 criteria.
- Strong command of psychopharmacology, psychotherapy modalities, and psychiatric disorder management.
- Comprehensive understanding of ethical and legal considerations in psychiatry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Business-level fluency in English plus at least one additional language (Portuguese, German, Japanese, Persian/Farsi, Polish, Korean, Dutch, Russian, Turkish, French, Arabic, Italian, Indonesian, or Mandarin/Cantonese).
