We are seeking motivated, quality-driven Hiring Partners who specialize in sourcing and want to work remotely, on flexible terms, and with impactful roles.

✅ Have recruitment or sourcing experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)

Your Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates for low-mid-to-senior and executive roles
- Review profiles and submit Qualified CVs that meet client standards
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers to understand each role’s needs
- Use sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean search, social media, etc.)
- Track progress using our recommended tools (Google Sheets, Google Forms, etc.)
- Learn and improve through our 101 Recruitment Hacks training series

- Remote, freelance-based (Global Nationalities)
- Flexible hours; performance-based continuity
