Inhouse Video Director (Jakarta Based)

Wola Creative Studio is a creative production house expanding into digital advertising and brand campaigns. We’re looking for an experienced In-House Video Director to lead advertising and corporate video projects end-to-end while collaborating with our creative and production teams.

• and be available for on-site shoots and meetings when needed.

🎯 Key Responsbilities

• Direct advertising, branded, and corporate video projects from start to finish
• Translate creative briefs into visual storytelling and execution plans
• Develop treatments, shotlists, and storyboards
• Lead and manage production teams (crew, editors, freelancers)
• Direct talent and oversee on-set execution
• Collaborate closely with Creative Director
• Supervise post-production and ensure quality control
• Manage timelines, workflow, and creative consistency
• Ikut bantu buat video concept dan storyboard untuk proses pitching

✅ Requirements

• Has proven record in already being involved advertising, branded, and corporate video projects as director
• Background in agency or production house environment
• Strong portfolio/showreel (commercial work preferred)
• Experience managing teams and productions
• Comfortable with budgets, deadlines, and brand guidelines
• Based in Jabodetabek
• Able to work in a remote setup with occasional on-site work
• Willing to travel for work
