Full Stack Developer

• Our client is a B2B tech company transforming fiscal compliance through cloud-based solutions for electronic receipts and invoices. As a Full-Stack Engineer
• you are expected to operate as a Solution Architect and Prototyper
• bridging abstract product ideas and production-ready software.

• This role goes beyond feature implementation. You will own solutions end-to-end
• from API and data modeling to frontend experience. While actively using GenAI tools to accelerate prototyping
• validate ideas quickly
• and reduce time-to-insight before deep engineering investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery across backend, frontend, and data layers.
• Design and implement scalable backend services using Node.js and/or Golang.
• Design, optimize, and maintain database schemas across SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Build intuitive, performant frontend applications using React and Next.js.
• Make architectural decisions across APIs (REST/GraphQL), data models, and cloud infrastructure.
• Rapidly transform abstract ideas into working prototypes using GenAI tooling to support product discovery and validation.
• Design and execute quality engineering practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, with TDD as a guiding principle.
• Maintain clear, structured technical documentation to ensure systems are understandable and scalable.
• Participate actively in code reviews, identifying not only syntax issues but also architectural and performance concerns.
• Mentor peers and contribute to raising overall engineering standards.

• Successful delivery of end-to-end features from concept to production.
• Quality, scalability, and maintainability of backend and frontend systems.
• Effectiveness of rapid prototyping in accelerating product discovery.
• Test coverage, reliability, and reduction of regressions.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5\+ years of professional experience building web applications.
• Strong expertise in React and Next.js, with hands-on frontend ownership.
• Solid backend experience using Node.js and/or Golang.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and fault-tolerant architectures.
• Proven experience designing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, with practical exposure to Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS acceptable).
• Strong understanding of database design trade-offs (relational vs NoSQL).
• Experience or strong interest in using AI-assisted tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, code generators) to improve velocity and quality.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred

• Experience with asynchronous messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub).
• Familiarity with RPC-based APIs.
• Exposure to compliance-heavy or regulated systems.
• Strong UX awareness and user-centric development mindset.
• Experience mentoring engineers or acting as a technical reference point.
