Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled Video Editor to join our creative team and help craft engaging, fast-paced, and conversion-optimized video ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

This role is perfect for someone who understands the direct-response nature of performance marketing and can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping ads. If you have a sharp eye for what works in paid media, thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-iterate environment, and can deliver high-quality video ad creatives, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

Cut and assemble raw footage into polished, scroll-stopping creatives tailored for Meta, Tiktok and other paid social channels
Enhance pacing, storytelling, audio and flow based on performance-driven frameworks
Analyze outlines and independently select the most appropriate clips from available raw content to pair with each section of the outline, without relying on specific visual cues.
Use the raw video content provided or search for supplemental content online that aligns with the video’s goals if necessary
Stay ahead of social media trends to keep creatives fresh and competitive
Iterate based on feedback and performance data to continuously improve results

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in performance marketing or social ad content
Proficient in English (written and spoken)
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, FinalCutPro, After Effects, etc. 
Understanding of high-performing ad styles—you can spot (and create) a winning ad
Ability to work with raw UGC and turn it into engaging, persuasive content
Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly to feedback
Strong attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset
Bonus: Experience with AI-powered tools such as ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Captions.ai
