Key Responsibilities
Review and evaluate raw UGC submissions from creators for quality, clarity, authenticity, and ad potential
Identify strong hooks, on-brand tone, emotional delivery, and product demonstration moments
Provide detailed feedback and timestamps to guide editors on how to cut and structure final ad videos
Flag issues such as poor lighting, low energy delivery, unclear audio, or missing product demos
Approve or request revisions from creators before videos move to the editing stage
Maintain creative consistency and uphold the brand voice across campaigns
Collaborate with the video editing team and creative strategists to ensure high-performing final outputs
Help develop UGC training guidelines for creators based on recurring strengths and weaknesses
Track performance data to understand what reviewed content leads to the best-performing ads
Qualifications
Experience building a large following and working with brands as a UGC creator is highly valued
Experience as a creative strategist in short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Strong understanding of direct-response and performance marketing principles
Excellent eye for detail and storytelling flow
Ability to give constructive, actionable feedback quickly and clearly
Familiarity with D2C brands, paid social creative trends, and ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
Bonus: prior experience working with UGC agencies or ad editing teams
