About the Program:

The Pahamify Future Edu-Tutor Program (PFETP) is a special internship designed for final-year students and fresh graduates who are passionate about education and eager to launch their careers as tutors in the EdTech industry. This 6-month program offers real-world teaching experience, mentorship, and the chance to grow into a professional educator.

Available Tracks:

1. Math & Reasoning Track

This track prepares participants to teach one or more of the following subjects:

Pengetahuan Kuantitatif UTBK
Penalaran Matematika UTBK
Penalaran Umum (Kuantitatif dan Deduktif) UTBK
Matematika Peminatan
Tes Potensi Akademik (Kuantitatif dan Logika)
2. Language & Literature Track

This track prepares participants to teach one or more of the following subjects:

Pengetahuan dan Pemahaman Umum UTBK
Literasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia UTBK
Kemampuan Memahami Bacaan dan Menulis UTBK
Penalaran Umum (Verbal) UTBK
Literasi dalam Bahasa Inggris UTBK
Tes Potensi Akademik (Verbal)
Qualifications:

Fresh graduate or at least a final-year student, preferably in an education-related major, though candidates from other fields with a strong interest in teaching are also encouraged to apply.
Commitment to complete the 6-month internship program, with a strong work ethic and dedication to professional growth.
Positive attitude and a passion for education, with a genuine desire to make a difference in the learning experience of others.
Excellent learning agility, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with a proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges and continuously improving performance.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey concepts and engage with learners in a variety of settings.
Previous teaching experience or tutoring background is a plus, but not required; passion for teaching and a willingness to learn and adapt are essential.
